2007 Goals of the Church

 

  1. Celebrate Weekly Word and Sacrament

 

  1. Create a welcome environment within the church and encourage growth by providing convenience and variety in worship, encouraging others to become actively involved, and showing appreciation for those who serve.

 

  1. Explore the feasibility of offering an additional Service through the week.

 

  1. Provide an emphasis on giving and show appreciation of giving by utilizing the gifts offered and providing information to the congregation of how the money is being used.

 

  1. Create a  more child friendly library

 

  1. Develop a learning and resource center for adults

 

  1. Offer a variety of adult education pertaining to practical application of Christianity

 

  1. Develop a program for young adults within the Lutheran community

 

  1. Evaluate the sponsorship of an intern

 

  1. Work toward getting a Christian based Pre-school operational by Fall
